When you arrive at The Yoga Factory, leave the day at the door & take a moment to slow everything down.

Make your way upstairs, past the till. You’ll find a door on your left, then head straight upstairs.

If you arrive before 8pm, please be mindful that there will still be a class happening downstairs. You’re welcome to wait inside, just keep voices quiet until the class has finished. Once it’s 8pm, make your way upstairs & settle in.

The first 30 minutes are all about arriving, grounding & getting yourself out of “doing” mode.

There’ll be tea, tarot & oracle cards for you to enjoy, with space to sit, chat, reflect or simply be.

Once everyone has settled, we’ll move into a guided meditation, followed by a sound healing journey where you can completely switch off, relax & allow yourself to receive.

You don’t have to arrive for the full 30 minutes, but please make sure you arrive by 8:20pm so you’re settled before the meditation & sound journey begins.
