A little space to slow down, switch off & simply be
Join us for a gentle sound bath at The Yoga Factory in Southend — a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life & make a little time for yourself.
Settle onto your mat, get cosy & allow yourself to pause. As soothing sounds fill the space, you’re invited to notice your breath, soften into the moment & let go of the need to be doing anything.
There’s nothing to get right & no experience needed. You might find yourself deeply relaxed, quietly reflective or simply enjoying some uninterrupted rest. Everyone experiences a sound bath differently, and you’re welcome to receive it in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
This is your time to unwind, reconnect with yourself & enjoy being held in a calm, welcoming space.
Finding your way
As you enter The Yoga Factory in Southend, look for the door next to the till on your left-hand side. Head through this door to find us.
What to bring
Please bring a yoga mat & anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported. A blanket, pillow or cushion can help you settle in, and an extra layer is lovely to have while you’re resting.
You’re welcome to adjust your position throughout the session — your comfort comes first. Give yourself permission to settle in just as you are, without any expectation of how the experience should feel.
Come as you are. We look forward to sharing this space with you 🤍
